This is the list of the available tables in our Liquids excel add-in:
Trades
Allows you to have a comprehensive view of the cargo activities, including information such as quantity, loading or discharge location, loading and discharging dates as well as the players involved in the trades.
Filters
Our add-in allows you to filter trades using a variety of criteria. Here is an overview of the available filters:
Locations
Origins: Origin of the trade. It can be a continent, a subcontinent, a region, a country, a port, an installation.
Destinations: Destination of the trade. It can be a continent, a subcontinent, a region, a country, a port, an installation.
Products: Name of the commodity / product represented in our family tree: Family, Group, Product, Grade.
Dates
Origins: Start date of the trade. It is the end of the load if it occurred, or its Estimated Berth Departure if still to come.
Destination: End date of the port call. It is when the vessel is leaving the berth or the port / anchorage / canal if installation is unknown. If null, the port call is either yet to come or ongoing.
Vessels: Can be vessel names or vessel IMOs
Vessel Types: Vessel classification based on the deadweight of the vessel. It includes Small Vessels, GP, LR1, LR2, LR3, MR, VLCC for CPP vessels. It includes include: ULCC, VLCC, Suezmax, Aframax, Panamax, Product Tanker for Oil vessels.

Players
Sellers: Seller of the cargo at the origin. It can be a list if multiple companies are potential sellers.
Buyers: Company buying the cargo on its delivery location.
Booleans
Product Estimation: Activate the product estimation feature for CPP and Chem/Bio trades only. When set to true, the estimated product will overwrite the existing product information.
Intra-Country: Takes into account the trades within the selected region.
Freight View: Provides access to the entire fleet's trades, irrespective of your current cargo subscription. Only available via Freight subscription.
With Forecast: Include trades predicted by our in-house model.
Flows
Allows you to have the aggregated results of the table trades and gives you a global view of liquids flows.
Filters
Our add-in allows you to filter flows using a variety of criteria. Here is an overview of the available filters:
Locations

Dates

The fleet metrics table returns fleet data for a given zone.

There is a macro level called “Aggregated Values”, where the user can aggregate the data through different periods (daily, weekly, EIA-weekly basis ), and on a split level. With the ability to modify floating days for the floating storage query.
There is a micro level called “List of Vessels” where the user is able to retrieve data at the most granular level.

The ship-to-ships table allows to monitor direct transfer of cargo between two vessels.
Filters

Inventories
The Inventories table returns inland crude oil stocks of a given point of interest, with a specific periodicity over a period. Waterborne Cargoes, local Supply and Demand will also be returned for the given point of interest.
There is a macro level called “Aggregated Values”, where the user can aggregate the data through different periods (daily, weekly, EIA-weekly basis, monthly, yearly), and on a split level.
There is a micro level called “List of Tanks” where the user can retrieve data at the most granular level.
Filters

Installations: Name of installation
Dates: An interval of the start and the end of the period.
Split: Ability to break down the data by "byCountry", "byInstallation", "byOnshoreOffshoreStatus", "byPlayer", "byTankType", "total".
(- byInstallation is not usable if you are searching for World
-byOnshoreOffshoreStatus is usable only with addCommoditiesOnWater set to true. Otherwise you will get an error message.)
Booleans
Cargo Tracking: Use cargo tracking data to fill the blanks in between satellite images
Commodity on water: Provides total volume of inventories including offshore and offshore.
Delta Level: Ability to see the variations.
EIA Adjustments: Provides the ability to remove the EIA adjustment factor from inventory and capacity values.
Bills of Lading
The Bills of Lading table allows clients to access structured Import & Export Bill of Lading documents’ data obtained directly from the U.S. Customs and Border Protection agency.
Filters
Our add-in allows you to filter Bills of Lading using a variety of criteria. Here is an overview of the available filters:

Cushing Drones
The Cushing drones inventories table returns Cushing terminal data using our own infrared and optical imagery captured via drone, bi-weekly, for complete coverage of the Cushing terminal.

Fleet Development
The fleet development monitors fleet supply through available vessels, deliveries, scrapping method, contracting and compliance method.

In Progress: fixed voyage is underway/on-going

Cancelled: (1) the fixture is treated as cancelled by Kpler due to a contradiction between actual load and fixture information; (2) contradiction between two fixtures
