Why We Enforce Brute Force Protection
At Kpler, keeping your account secure is a top priority.
Starting March 15th, we are implementing brute-force protection to prevent unauthorized access. This security measure helps protect your account from repeated login attempts using incorrect passwords.
When Your Account Gets Blocked
If you enter an incorrect password more than 10 times, your account will be automatically blocked.
When this happens, you will receive an email containing an "Unblock Account" link. Click that link to regain access to your account.
Think Your Account May Have Been Compromised?
If you suspect that someone else may have accessed or tampered with your email or password, we strongly recommend resetting your password after unblocking your account:
Go to the login page of the Kpler app or website.
Click "Forgot Password".
Follow the instructions to set a new, secure password.
Taking this extra step helps ensure your account remains protected against unauthorized access.
