We have been hard at work improving buyer information for trades that occur in Pipechina LNG terminals (Pipechina Diefu, Dalian, Beihai, Yangpu, Yuedong, Tianjin, FangChenggang).

Today we have effectively inserted TUA (Terminal Usage Agreement) contract data for the respective LNG terminals. These had previously been attributed to Pipechina, which resulted in these trades being considered spot trades.

The TUAs clarify the players involved in these trades and result in a significant improvement in data accuracy on the platform. See below for the quantified improvements.

The data has been inserted retroactively inserted from 1 April 2021 to 30 September 2022.
