We have just released a powerful new feature on the Kpler platform, specifically for our Crude and Refined Product Supply & Demand customers.

What's New?

A long-standing customer request has been greater granularity in Supply & Demand data in the United States. This latest update introduces the ability to show PADD-level supply, demand and net balance data. The historical PADD data is available starting from January 2017.

How This Benefits You

PADD-segmented data enables precise mapping of U.S. regional supply and demand dynamics, and allows Kpler's users to identify localized market inefficiencies and arbitrage opportunities.

PADD-specific data enables users to make their own market forecasts, supporting more strategic trading decisions around regional market trends, pricing differentials, and infrastructure constraints.

Key Use Case

This data empowers traders to detect regional supply/demand imbalances, anticipate price movements, and optimize trading strategies across different U.S. petroleum markets. PADD specific data also transforms market intelligence by enabling traders to pinpoint infrastructure bottlenecks, assess regional storage capacity, and evaluate distribution network potential. By providing unprecedented market granularity, Kpler's PADD split delivers a critical competitive edge in navigating complex U.S. crude and refined product dynamics.
