If you're having issues connecting to the Kpler API, Python SDK or Excel Add-In and the Kpler Customer Success team isn't able to diagnose any issues it could be that there is a firewall setup conflict, a corporate IT restriction or other IT Security issue preventing you accessing 3rd party APIs.

It may prove helpful to provide the following information (or this link) to your IT team to whitelist the following IP addresses and ports to allow for unhindered data access to the Kpler API.

In order to do so, you must configure your policies to always allow HTTPS requests (on port 443) to the following addresses/IPs:

Once this is completed, you should be able to use the Kpler API, SDK or Excel Add-In as usual. If you're still faced with error messages after completing these steps, please reach out to cs@kpler.com with the query you're using and any error messages to allow us to investigate further for you.
