Kpler's Weekly Bunker Report now includes China and the Eastern Mediterranean, extending our coverage to major bunkering hubs including Zhoushan, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Istanbul, Piraeus and Port Said.
This expansion provides greater visibility into marine fuel demand across two important bunkering regions, enabling users to monitor estimated bunker fuel deliveries, track changes in demand and compare activity across key ports.
To reflect the expanded geographic coverage, several regional hub classifications have been updated:
MED has been renamed West MED.
Africa has been renamed Sub-Saharan Africa.
East MED has been added as a new hub.
China has been added as a new hub.
These updates provide a clearer regional breakdown of bunkering activity, supporting more granular analysis and comparisons across global market
