Following the UAE's announcement that it will leave OPEC and OPEC+ effective May 1st, the UAE will no longer be included in OPEC and OPEC+ country groupings within our datasets. This change will be applied across all relevant products, including:
Supply & Demand
Cargo Analytics
Onshore Asset Monitoring (Inventories)
Refineries
As a result, any data that aggregates OPEC or OPEC+ will reflect this updated membership. This includes historical data, which will be recalculated to exclude the UAE for consistency across time series.
Please note that this may result in visible changes to previously accessed OPEC and OPEC+ aggregated figures.
