We are pleased to share that a new multi-factor authentication method is now available for your Kpler web account through the Kpler mobile app on iOS (Android soon to come).
Now you can approve your Kpler MFA notification from the Kpler mobile app. This new method provides enhanced security and can simplify your connection to the Kpler web Terminal.
How do I use it?
Enroll your mobile application by following these steps:
1. Go to your web app profile settings
2. Click on reset MFA method
3. Choose the new mobile Multi-Factor Authenticator method
4. Find the QR code scanner from your Kpler mobile app settings
5. Scan the QR code on your web app
