Effective May 6th, we’re introducing enhanced notification settings for Insight, giving you much more granular control over how and when you receive updates.
What’s new:
You can now manage notifications at a group level, across:
Cross Commodity, CPP, DPP, Crude, OPEC+, LNG/Gas, Dry Bulk, Risk & Compliance, Power, Arbs, NGLs, and Biofuels.
For each group, you can choose how you’d like to be notified:
Email: None, Immediate, or Daily digest
Mobile app: None or Immediate
This means you can tailor notifications to match your workflow - whether that’s real-time updates for key markets or a more consolidated daily view.
You can also:
Disable all email notifications in one step
Turn off mobile notifications entirely, if preferred
These updates are designed to help you stay informed on what matters most, without unnecessary noise.
You will be able to access the new notifications settings via the terminal or the button at the bottom of any Insight email from 6th May.
